Develop and maintain standardized views of service revenue and margins across internal product segments and external customer segments
Standardize revenue pacing, capture rate and backlog analytics, and forecasting methodologies
Directly support the USCAN Service Growth Leader with deal analytics, growth initiatives, and performance tracking
Own governance, reporting, and analytics around service pricing
Capital Allocation
Revenue Accounting & Balance Sheet Ownership
Own calculations and balance sheet reconciliations for centralized, national, comprehensive, and non‑standard revenue (e.g., SaaS, deferred revenue, digital offerings)
Transformation & Finance Modernization
Champion systemic improvements to automate manual revenue, reporting, and analytics processes
Drive adoption of advanced analytics, scalability, and digital tooling across the FP&A organization
People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced finance professionals
Build a strong talent bench through coaching, stretch assignments, and succession planning
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
8+ years progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis (experience at scale strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead complex financial processes end‑to‑end
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly get to root cause and translate data into business action
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑moving, matrixed environment
Demonstrated people leadership experience or readiness to lead teams
Advanced analytics capability (e.g., Power BI, Domo, Alteryx, Spotfire or similar tools)
Graduate of GE’s FMP, EFLP, CAS, or comparable financial leadership programs
Exceptional executive communication skills—able to simplify complex financial and business topics
Strong influencing skills with credibility across commercial, operations, and executive stakeholders
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, transformation, and growth environments
Proven program and project leadership experience; able to design, launch, and scale new processes

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $172,000.00-$258,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
