Formulate is a job board that aggregates pharmaceutical and biotechnology job listings from publicly available company career pages and applicant tracking systems. We provide job search, company information, and email alert features.

3. Job Listings

  • Job listings are sourced from public career pages and may not always be current or accurate.
  • Formulate does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any job listing.
  • Clicking "Apply" redirects you to the employer's application page. Formulate is not involved in the hiring process.
  • Formulate does not endorse any employer or position listed on the platform.

4. Company Information

Company profiles, pipeline data, and financial information are sourced from public data including ClinicalTrials.gov, SEC EDGAR, and company websites. This information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for investment or employment decisions.

5. Job Alerts

  • Job alert subscriptions require a valid email address.
  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email.
  • We do not guarantee delivery of all matching job alerts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from Formulate without permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

The Formulate name, logo, and original content are our property. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers. Pipeline and financial data is sourced from public government databases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT JOB LISTINGS WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

Formulate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on job listing information or company data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
