You will lead and support production and manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality products on time. You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and planning teams. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing and packaging activities to meet schedules, quality and safety standards.
- Coach and develop production teams; set clear expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Support compliance and quality systems through investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), change controls and audit readiness.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation and system postings.
- Work with engineering and planning to manage equipment availability, material flow and capacity.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve key performance metrics.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, filling or packaging operations.
- Experience with SAP, manufacturing execution systems or inventory management tools.
- Experience in production operations with supervisory or frontline leadership exposure.
- Problem-solving experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
- Ability to use manufacturing systems or enterprise resource planning tools for data posting.
- Training or experience in Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence methods.
- Experience conducting or supporting audits and audit readiness activities.
- Strong communication and coaching skills for cross-functional collaboration.
