You will coordinate facilities and site administration activities for our WREF (Workplace, Real Estate & Facilities) cluster in Pakistan. You will work closely with commercial teams, contractors and service partners to keep operations safe, compliant and efficient. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities within the assigned cluster, ensuring that all buildings and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard.
Assist with real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and disposals within the cluster.
Oversee the management of the company’s vehicle fleet within the cluster, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and cost-efficiency.
Manage the budgeting process for facilities management and fleet operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and contract compliance.
Support and manage facilities-related and fleet-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Promote and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of GSK’s real estate, facilities, and fleet operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders within the cluster, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on facilities, real estate, and fleet matters.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to facilities, real estate management, and fleet operations, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in facilities, real estate, and fleet management.
Oversee driver performance and compliance with company policies, including training and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across all facilities and fleet activities.
Coordinate and manage vendors, service providers, and contracts to ensure effective service delivery.
Lead facilities- and fleet-related projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
Drive sustainability, continuous improvement, and best practices across facilities, real estate, and fleet management.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in facilities, site administration or operations support, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Practical experience with maintenance or calibration management systems or similar computerized systems.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, facilities, fleet management, contracts or service providers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with records and basic reporting.
- Familiarity with compliance, EHSS or quality systems and audit support.
