MSLs are the extension of the medical function in the field. They build and develop enduring ‘win-win' relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate scientific information and generate insights. MSLs provide field or hybrid medical support that is aligned and integrated to the overall medical strategy within the BU.

Main responsibilities:
- Engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Strategic territory planning: Ability to develop and implement regional engagement strategies.
- CRM expertise: Proficient in using relationship management platforms to document interactions and generate insights.
- Cross-functional teamwork: Proven track record collaborating with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory teams.
- Engages external stakeholders on medical and scientific information exchange for the vaccines area during one-to-one interactions and group settings.
- Organizes and engages KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) & HCPs (Healthcare Professional) during local group scientific meetings (hospital staff meetings, webinars, etc.) according to the Stakeholder Engagement plan, aligned with Country & regional medical plan.
- Develops and maintain trusted partnerships, through scientific engagement and exchange, with healthcare professionals and institutions in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
- Communicates the clinical value of the TA products “Vaccine prevention strategy” to population-health/formulary decision makers (outcomes Liaisons, as applicable).
- Provides high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to key customers and stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests for information, supports investigators in clinical studies submissions, management of regional advisory boards or scientific societies.
- Develops and executes the individual stakeholder engagement plans, aligned with the Medical Plan.
- Generates high-value, actionable insights and proposes solutions.
- Collaborates effectively with relevant internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contributes to evidence-generation activities, supporting both internal evidence-generation projects and clinical studies.
About you
- You hold an MD, Pharmacy degree, or other relevant science degree and have proven experience in MSL or Medical Affairs roles.
- You excel at stakeholder strategy development and planning, turning complex relationships into powerful partnerships that drive results.
- Scientific Excellence – Proven ability to deliver impactful medical communications.
- Public health engagement: Experience interacting with regional health authorities and healthcare system stakeholders (preferred).
- Experience maximizing engagement across multiple channels and formats.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and relationship management tools.
- English – Intermediate to high-level business proficiency (spoken & written) your gateway to impactful scientific communication.
