GSK is seeking a highly qualified Senior Reporting Specialist to join our Financial Reporting Team within the Close & Control Hub in Poznan. This role provides an opportunity to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of reporting for GSK’s corporate entities while gaining exposure to a global biopharma environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely IFRS reporting for holding and administrative entities.

  • Monitor and review close activities performed by the COE.

  • Ensure compliance with ICFW and SOX requirements.

  • Prepare and review journals, financial analyses, and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.

  • Support analytical reviews of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.

  • Review and approve compliance deliverables.

  • Maintain oversight of internal control processes and drive remediation where required.

  • Support internal and external audit procedures.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvements in financial reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

  • 3 years’ experience in financial reporting or audit.

  • Proven experience in a SOX or control-driven environment.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Professional fluency in English (C1).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.

  • Preferred: Experience with SAP, shared services, or Power BI.

Working model:
This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from our Poland office regularly and be available for in-person collaboration.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 118,500 to PLN 197,500 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process.
