Job Posting: ARC – Anesthesia Care Sales Specialist
Location: Austin, TX
Segment: Patient Care Solutions – Anesthesia Care
As the Anesthesia and Respiratory Care (ARC) Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for anesthesia, patient monitoring, digital solutions, and services by calling on clinical, technical, and executive customers. You will be a sales expert for your assigned products and are expected to be able to differentiate GE’s offerings and convey compelling value propositions to successfully close sales. The territory for this role is Austin/El Paso.
Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quota and growth targets.
Engage with Chiefs of Anesthesia, CRNAs, OR Directors, and C-level Biomed/IT stakeholders.
Drive competitive conversions and expand GEHC footprint across assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams including Patient Monitoring PSS, Clinical Applications, Strategic Director, Enterprise Account Managers, and Service/Project Managers.
Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging clinical wins and strategic selling.
Navigate complex buying processes and align solutions to customer priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience and/or experience in the perioperative space.
Candidates with strong clinical or OR experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Familiarity with anesthesia workflows, patient monitoring, and perioperative environments.
Ability to engage confidently with clinical and technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated strategic selling capabilities, collaboration, and communication skills.
