Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dedicated and focused sales representative to join our dynamic sales team in 【Oncology】Business Unit. You will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals and in saving lives and fulfilling unmet medical needs.
This role will be based in 【Tainan】, deicated in 【Oncology and Thoracic (Chest) 】therapeutic areas, and will report to the【Sales Manager】
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Equipped with product and therapeutic area knowledge to scientifically engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Use effective communication and influencing skills to drive product adoption.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
Adapt quickly and respond agilely to changing environments and various customer needs.
Collect, analyze and share market insights with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Medical and other cross-functional teams) to maximize business opportunities and bring insights to implementations.
Win as one team and focus on what matters; Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impact and achieve company aspirations.
Contribute to continuously improving sales processes and operations.
Support ad‑hoc projects and other initiatives.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years’ work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; skillful in analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Basic English proficiency.
Good interpersonal skills being proactive, collaborative, and resourceful.
Valid driver’s license is required.
