As a Supply Chain Maintenance Specialist, you will be able to contribute to shape the future of the Roche Global Supply Chain organization by maintaining the reliability and performance of the equipment utilized within the Hub Operations Americas group located in Indianapolis.
Your Opportunity
Position’s most important individual tasks:
Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to detailed procedures and schedules.
Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment, used within warehousing areas.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings.
Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts & rebuild equipment as required.
Perform equipment modifications including installation, validation support and start-up of new equipment, as well as decommissioning activities as directed by engineers
Use predictive maintenance technologies and techniques in order to improve operational efficiencies.
Apply advanced knowledge and skills to complete assignments requiring judgment and initiative. You will understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions. You will receive little instruction on daily assignments and may determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Who you are:
Minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years of related experience in maintenance experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree, journeyman’s card or equivalent military training related to maintenance of equipment in an industrial setting.
At least 5 years of experience in technical support and maintenance roles.
Preferred credentials: CMRT, CRL, CMRP, etc
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems. Preferred experience: familiar with conveyor systems and other equipment used within warehouse operations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, using diagnostic tools, and interpreting equipment manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, spare parts management, and relevant safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.

Pay transparency
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson is 54,300.00 - 100,800.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
