The Opportunity:
The Access Partner is an enthusiastic advocate of his/her area of expertise. His/Her mission is to get our medicines to patients as fast as possible for as long as possible. He/she will work as part of the cross-functional team to drive our North Star and lead the Access agenda within the cross functional team (CFT).
In this role you will:
Lead the development and execution of high-quality P&R strategies and HTA submissions to deliver on the CFTs mission
Lead CFT engagement with national Access stakeholders i.e. NCPE, NCCP and support the wider squad in value messaging at a regional level
Build fast and maintain market access for Roche’s specialist products through targeted communication with various stakeholders in the Irish health system: regional and national
Identifying new ways of working together with our key stakeholders and identification of new projects that support Patient Access to Roche medicines
Aligns Access strategies with commercial and medical strategies and pricing guidance from HQ
Development of new strategic initiatives securing Roche’s long term commitment to secure all eligible patients access to Roche products
Represent Market Access in Squads according to the Agile Operational model acting as the point of contact driving the Market Access agenda
Work with CFT members to develop and deliver value messaging and engagement plans for all stakeholders throughout the Access journey
Shape the payer environment and share relevant information to inform and shape opinion regarding the value of our products
Responsible for own Market Access projects as agreed with The Head of Access
As a member of Roche Products Ireland Limited:
You will contribute to a combination of communities and teams that comprise of the larger Roche Products (Ireland) Limited and/or the wider Roche community. You will also participate in or lead local and/or global work package teams with a focus on delivering value for patients, external stakeholders and Roche via:
Contributing and enabling the delivery of programmes across the business by providing operational and/or strategic input to the teams as well as helping to architect our ten year ambition that enables a better future for patients.
Cultivate meaningful peer-to-peer collaborations to drive a deeper understanding of patient and employee needs across RPIL and beyond. In doing so, nurture a culture of curiosity to enable faster, simpler, and more patient-centric ways of working to deliver on high impact work.
You may serve as a partner to local internal and external stakeholders inside and outside of Ireland and help support local business needs so that Roche operates as one larger community.

Who you are:
Degree in Economics or Science, Pharmacist or equivalent professional background
Patient focus
Ability to apply the key concepts of economic evaluation including economic modeling
Interest in and knowledge about the Irish health care system
Ability to work in an agile environment
Demonstrates Roche Core Values
