A Day in the Life

Replacement 1-year contact.
Minimum 5 years of experience in public procurement on the supplier side. Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, regulated corporate environment with strong knowledge of Public Procurement Law. Demonstrates independence, a proactive problem solving mindset, and provides professional, end to end support to Sales teams throughout the tender process, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Manage end to end public tender processes in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
•    Prepare and submit tender offers, ensuring accuracy, high quality and timeliness
•    Act as a key point of contact for Sales and internal stakeholders throughout the tender lifecycle
•    Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
•    Use e procurement platforms effectively
•    Organize and prioritize work effectively, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines

Required Knowledge and Experience:
•    Experience in public procurement and tender processes on the supplier side
•    Practical knowledge of Public Procurement Law (PPL) and its application in tender activities
•    Ability to work effectively in a regulated, corporate environment with defined procedures and compliance requirements
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality under time pressure
•    Proficiency in using tender related tools, systems, and e procurement platforms
•    Intermediate level of English

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 144,000.00 PLN - 216,000.00 PLN | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
