Solution Architecture Practice Lead & Architecture Community Lead
As the Enterprise Architect - Solution Architecture Practice Lead & Architecture Community Lead, you will be the principal orchestrator of our global Architecture Community. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and practical execution, ensuring our architectural practices are co-created with the very teams that bring them to life. Description of the area
The Enterprise Architecture Foundations team acts as the backbone of the architecture function, focusing on Community, Ways of Working, and Enablement. We define Enterprise and Solution Architecture practices, oversee our integrated toolchain (including ArchiMEDES/SAP LeanIX, ITONICS, and our AI Architecture Co-Pilot), and build organizational capability through learning curriculums and the Tech University. Our goal is to connect architects across a federated organization, empowering them to design sustainable technology solutions through shared principles and active community engagement.
The Opportunity:
Lead the continuous maturation of Solution Architecture practices to adapt to evolving business needs and agile delivery models.
Drive the transition from static documentation to dynamic solution modeling by leveraging our ArchiMEDES platform.
Design and host global engagement forums, workshops, and community events to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Serve as the principal facilitator for the Architecture Community, inspiring a shared sense of identity across our global network.
Partner with federated delivery teams to co-create standards that reduce friction and accelerate high-quality product delivery.
Collaborate with Tech University to develop learning curriculums and upskill the community on modern solution design.
Own and evolve the Solution Architect Onboarding Kit to ensure a seamless entry for new joiners into our culture and tools.
Champion a data-driven approach to architecture, promoting the use of integrated toolchains to support transparent decision-making.
Who you are:
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with professional background in solution or enterprise architecture within complex organizations.
You possess applied experience as a Solution Architect, demonstrating a deep understanding of the practical realities of technology delivery.
You offer comprehensive expertise in solution architecture methodologies and modern digital platforms like Cloud, Data, and AI.
You are proficient with architecture modeling platforms (e.g., SAP LeanIX) and can translate enterprise principles into actionable designs.
You have a proven track record in cultivating, motivating, and facilitating vibrant and active communities of practice.
You demonstrate a co-creation mindset, viewing practice development as a shared journey rather than a top-down mandate.
You are a master of influencing and storytelling, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders through empathy and clear communication.
What you get:
Salary range 23 300 - 43 300 PLN gross based on the employment contract.
