This includes supporting integration needs related to finance operations, procurement, contract lifecycle management, employee data, vendor management, compliance reporting, regional operations, and external partner data exchange.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on middleware, API, and enterprise integration experience, along with the ability to set integration standards, influence architecture decisions, and guide vendors or implementation partners. Serve as the enterprise technical owner and integration architect for integrations across HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Compliance, and operational systems.
Define and maintain RevMed’s enterprise integration patterns, including real-time APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations, file-based exchanges, middleware orchestration, and vendor-managed interfaces.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using middleware/iPaaS platforms, APIs, managed connectors, and cloud-native integration services.
Partner with business systems owners and enterprise architecture teams to ensure integrations align with long-term platform strategy, security standards, data governance, and global scalability.
Support global expansion by enabling integrations required for new legal entities, regional finance processes, local compliance requirements, payroll/HR operations, procurement workflows, and external partner ecosystems.
Support regulated and compliance-dependent integrations, including SOX-relevant financial data flows, spend transparency data, compliance reporting inputs, and region-specific data exchange requirements.
Lead integration design for complex cross-system workflows involving enterprise platforms across HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Compliance, and operations.
Own the full integration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring, production support, and continuous improvement.
Establish robust error handling, logging, monitoring, alerting, and retry mechanisms to ensure reliability, traceability, and data accuracy.
Develop and maintain data transformation, mapping, reconciliation, and validation logic across heterogeneous SaaS systems, internal applications, and external partner platforms.
Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns, including OAuth, SAML, token-based authentication, certificates, service accounts, and secure file exchange.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and production incidents in a timely and controlled manner.
Define integration documentation standards, including architecture diagrams, data mappings, interface specifications, support runbooks, operational controls, and change management records.
Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers to deliver integration solutions with clear ownership, minimal business disruption, and sustainable support models.
Support audit, compliance, privacy, and control requirements, including SOX, data protection, vendor risk, and regulated-market operating requirements where applicable.
Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual handoffs, eliminate duplicate data entry, improve data quality, and increase operational throughput across business functions.
Identify opportunities to reduce point-to-point complexity and build reusable integration patterns that can scale across systems, regions, and future business needs.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, including experience owning business-critical integrations across multiple enterprise platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, or similar platforms.
Proven experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Workday, ADP, NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Conga, Omnea, equity administration systems, commercial systems, compliance systems, or comparable enterprise platforms.
Deep understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, webhooks, event-based integrations, managed file transfers, EDI, and secure file-based integration patterns.
Experience designing integrations that support finance, HR, procurement, legal, compliance, commercial, and operational workflows.
Demonstrated ability to define integration patterns, data mappings, error-handling strategies, monitoring standards, and production support models.
Experience supporting production integrations in SOX-controlled, regulated, or audit-sensitive environments.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose complex cross-system data issues.
Ability to independently manage multiple integration initiatives while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
Strong documentation discipline, including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, runbooks, and change control records.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact, risk, and decision options.
Preferred Skills:
Experience integrating Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Conga, and related business systems with downstream data platforms, compliance systems, or reporting environments.
Experience supporting global expansion, multi-entity operations, or regional system requirements across international markets.
