Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Distribution Management
- Oversee distribution channels to ensure efficient product availability and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Negotiate terms, agreements, and performance expectations with distributors.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide support to improve sales effectiveness.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to identify opportunities and address challenge
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and distribution team to achieve performance goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions to address gaps and improve results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and distribution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale distribution networks.
- Experience in Healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, distribution models, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and performance management.
