Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Distribution Management

  • Oversee distribution channels to ensure efficient product availability and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Negotiate terms, agreements, and performance expectations with distributors.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide support to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to identify opportunities and address challenge

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales and distribution team to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Implement corrective actions to address gaps and improve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and distribution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale distribution networks.
  • Experience in Healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, distribution models, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and performance management.
