We are looking for a Specialist with strong experience in Veeva RIM and regulatory GxP systems and business processes to drive business system operations and ensure optimal use of the Veeva RIM systems in Ferring, supporting regulatory document management, submission management and information management.
You will join a team of dedicated and experienced colleagues, closely collaborating on delivering regulatory systems which effectively support business processes, enabling faster submission processes and regulatory data transparency.
Your day at Ferring
You will act as the key interface between Regulatory Affairs, IT and external vendors, translating business needs into system enhancements. Responsibilities include:
Act as business lead and subject matter expert for Veeva RIM applications
Ensure the system supports end-to-end regulatory processes and requirements
Support continuous optimisation of system usage in alignment with prioritized business and regulatory needs
Evaluate, plan and implement system change requests
Lead impact assessments and implementation of Veeva RIM releases
Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of new functionalities
Engage with stakeholders across Veeva RIM user community, IT, Quality and external partners
Ensure system inspection readiness in collaboration with your team
You will be working in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment with colleagues and user community located throughout the global Ferring organisation.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
In addition to strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM (or other Veeva systems) and experience with system ownership, product ownership, or application management, we imagine you have:
Master’s degree within e.g. Life Sciences or Information Technology/Science
Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations
Understanding of regulatory end-to-end processes
Familiarity with global regulatory requirements (e.g., eCTD, IDMP)
Experience in or desire for working in cross-functional and global environments
As a person you are recognized for your analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as your ability to translate business needs into digital solutions. You have a structured and proactive approach to change and project management – and stakeholder management and communication skills to match.
