Ferring+You
As our Global Rewards Senior Analyst you’ll sit at the heart of global compensation delivery - ensuring flawless execution of annual reward cycles, strengthening governance, and continuously improving how reward programs operate at scale.
While you’ll own the end-to-end administration of Long-Term Incentives, this is not a pure LTI role. The real breadth comes from leading global compensation operations, partnering across HR, Finance, Payroll, and vendors, and shaping how reward processes evolve in a Workday-enabled environment.

Your day at Ferring
You will provide end-to-end administration of global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans, including phantom awards, ensuring accuracy and strong governance.
Act as the operational lead for annual salary review and bonus cycles across multiple markets.
Ensuring rewards processes are delivered in line with global policies, controls, and agreed timelines.
You will oversee data validation, eligibility checks, reconciliations, and payroll interfaces to maintain high data integrity.
Ensure regular and ad-hoc compensation reports to support decision-making and transparency.
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
You will manage documentation, SOP’s, and governance materials to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
You will provide tiered support for reward-related queries and escalations through the shared service model.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
Monitor compliance with global policies and local regulatory requirements, escalating risks where needed.
Contribute to operational insights and market awareness to support the evolution of the global reward strategy.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in compensation or reward operations within a global organization, experience in highly regulated environments will be a big plus.
Proven hands-on experience in a Rewards or Compensation team.
Experience operating within shared services or global delivery models, strongly preferred.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong process mindset.
Confident working with large, complex datasets.
Advanced Excel skills (data interrogation, trends, validation).
Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced global environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
