The MTS Digital & AI Product Owner is responsible for defining, building, and scaling AI-powered digital products that deliver measurable business value. The role connects strategy, technology, and customer needs, ensuring effective collaboration across an international, multi-stream team.
Your day at Ferring
Governance: Drive governance and performance management by preparing, maintaining, and reporting weekly/monthly performance KPIs.
Stakeholder alignment: Facilitate workshops, align senior stakeholders, support KPI definitions, manage expectations and ensure consistent decision-making across sites and functions.
Product strategy & roadmap: Define product vision, outcomes and roadmap for digital reporting (e.g., Power BI) and AI/ML use cases aligned with TechOps priorities.
Backlog ownership: Capture business needs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog based on value, risk, feasibility, and dependencies.
Delivery & execution: Lead agile delivery with cross-functional teams (data scientists/analysts, engineers, IT, SMEs), ensuring timely releases and high quality.
Value realization & adoption: Define success metrics, drive change management, support rollout/training, and track adoption and benefits (impact, time saved, performance improvement).
Continuous improvement & scaling: Standardize templates, reusable components and ways of working to scale solutions across the network.
Power BI & analytics lifecycle ownership: Own and govern the end to end Power BI and analytics lifecycle for TechOps, including demand intake, prioritization, design standards, release management, and retirement.
Ensure consistent Power BI product standards (data models, KPIs, UX, documentation), reusability, and scalability across sites and function.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
Degree in Engineering, Data/Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Product Owner / Digital Product Manager delivering data/analytics products (Power BI and/or AI/ML is a strong plus).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication in a cross-functional, multi- site environment.
Capability to lead Governance and facilitate meeting.
Strong ability totranslate business problems into product scope, measurable outcomes, and prioritized delivery plans.
Comfortable working with technical teams on data topics (data models, pipelines, ML lifecycle) without needing to code daily.
Practical, impact-driven mindset with focus on adoption, measurable outcomes and user experience.
Familiarity with governance concepts (data integrity, access control, documentation); regulated/GxP exposure is a plus.
Fluent in English & French.
