Scientist (x|f|m) - Process Analytical Technologies

We are looking for a Scientist (x|f|m) for the PD PAT & Flowkits department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH.
Join our team where you'll lead and execute development projects within the PD Advanced Analytics and Spectroscopy team.
You'll play a key role in expanding the Sartorius autosampling platform, including hardware, software, and consumables.

• Taking technical leadership in various development projects, you drive innovation and excellence

• Your expertise as a specialist in specific Process Analytical Technologies will be crucial for strategy and problem-solving

• As a technical contact, you will foster collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders

• You dive into the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge analytical technologies to expand our capabilities

• By planning, conducting, and evaluating experiments and tests, you ensure reliable results

• Utilize your understanding of application areas within advanced analytics technologies to support project outcomes

• You work closely with product development teams, laboratory staff, product management, and application teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Your technical guidance and training of project personnel will be invaluable, imparting knowledge and skills

• Strategic personnel deployment planning based on qualifications and suitability optimizes the performance of xour team

• You ensure high scientific quality in the execution of work and results, setting standards for excellence

• You maintain information flow and support improvement processes to ensure continuous progress

 What will convince us

• You hold a Master's degree in scientific disciplines, a Ph.D is a plus

• Having gained experience in product development and technical project management, you are well-prepared to excel in this role

• You bring strong technical understanding combined with analytical and conceptual thinking to solve complex challenges

• Application competence in the field of bioprocessing is a significant advantage, enhancing your contribution to the team

• Your Knowledge of both upstream and downstream bioprocesses is essential for this role

• Standing out through your expertise in one or more of the following technologies: automated sampling, spectroscopy (e.g., Raman, UV, infrared), and bio-capacity

• Your open, positive, and interested demeanor, coupled with a clear vision of how your strengths and expertise will enhance our team

• You are able to work independently, adapting to changing priorities and managing challenging timelines

• While influencing teams without direct authority, you demonstrate leadership in a collaborative environment
