Go To Market Capability (GTMC) organization aims for:
Centralization of Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs
Harmonizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local to global,
Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency.
Sanofi Greater China is facing a high pace of changes aiming at making the organization across GBUs more agile and impactful organization, adapting the constantly and proactively the resources to the environmental changes.
The core responsibility of the FFE Ops AI Business Analyst is to leverage Sanofi's AI tools to assist the FFE team in delivering services more efficiently and with higher quality across various daily business enablement processes. This role will extensively participate in GOP analysis, process analysis and decomposition, and ultimately implement business data analysis/simulation tool development and design, driving digital transformation and intelligent upgrade of business processes.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in in-depth research of GOP (General Operating Procedures) and Ground Rules, analyze business current state, and develop feasible implementation plans
Participate in critical FFE business processes including territory optimization, customer segmentation, and report generation; design, develop and deliver innovative AI solutions
Responsible for daily ServiceNow ticket support for platforms such as CRM and business planning, continuously analyze and optimize process efficiency
For ad-hoc platform support and business requirements, quickly analyze feasibility and provide effective solutions or workarounds
Provide AI tool usage training for team members to enhance overall team digital capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives
Continuously track AI technology development trends and explore potential applications of new technologies in FFE business scenarios
About you
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields
Experience & knowledge:
Solid theoretical knowledge of AI technologies (machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, etc.)
Familiarity with agile development management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Work background in pharmaceutical/life sciences companies, familiar with sales enablement processes and methodologies
Practical experience in IT service delivery or business process optimization
Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Understanding of CRM system configuration and application (such as Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)
Project management experience or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
