  • Design and execute small- to mid-scale laboratory studies to support manufacturing investigations, process improvements, and technology transfer activities
  • Collaborate with MSAT engineers to define study objectives and develop scientifically sound protocols
  • Author study plans, protocols, reports, and technical documentation in compliance with GLP requirements
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data, and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure laboratory work is conducted safely, efficiently, and within timelines

Manufacturing support & troubleshooting

  • Provide analytical science support for manufacturing investigations and root cause analysis
  • Design and execute lab studies to support CAPA development
  • Collaborate closely with MSAT engineers and lab leadership on process issues
  • Support flexible working hours or urgent activities when required

Laboratory operations

  • Maintain laboratory readiness, including equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Manage inventory of consumables and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with GLP, HSE, and documentation standards
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and approve operational documentation

Technology transfer support

  • Support scale-down model development, bridging studies, and technology transfer activities
  • Contribute to preparation of technical documentation for transfers
  • Drive standardization and knowledge-sharing practices within the site and network

Lifecycle management & continuous improvement

  • Analyze trends from manufacturing and lab data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to change management activities, including risk assessments and documentation
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Mentorship & team development

  • Mentor trainees and interns in laboratory techniques and scientific practices
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team environment
