IGTS图像引导治疗系统研发实习生

Your role:行政与团队支持

• 协助部门日常行政事务，包括差旅安排、会议协调、团队建设活动的组织与执行，以及部门文具的采购与管理。
• 协助准备会议资料、整理会议纪要，并跟进相关事项的落实。
• 国外访客的接待和协调
• 新员工入职支持：协助IGTS新员工完成入职流程，熟悉公司环境、工作流程及相关系统的操作。

物料与样品管理

• 协助部门进行样品、耗材及相关物料的采购申请与跟进，保障研发项目顺利进行。
• 协助管理实验室物资的出入库，维护物品台账。

变更管理支持

• 支持CMT（变更管理）流程，协助申请及维护相关系统和实验室的访问权限。
• 协助整理、归档相关变更管理文件。

研发项目支持

• 参与IGTS敏捷开发流程，协助PO（产品负责人）和SM（敏捷教练）对项目进行跟踪与管理。
• 协助研发工程师进行实验、测试、数据收集及初步分析。
• 参与产品开发、验证及改进过程，协助撰写技术文档和报告。

其他临时任务

• 完成上级分配的其他工作任务，积极配合团队工作。

You're the right fit if:

• 本科及以上学历，理工科背景（如电子、机械、生物医学工程等）；
• 每周可实习4天及以上，实习期不少于6个月；
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，工作细致认真，责任心强；
• 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备一定的英文读写能力；
• 有实验室、项目助理或行政支持相关经验者优先。

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
