About the opportunity
Join QIAGEN's Quality Assurance team and play a key role in ensuring quality compliance throughout product and manufacturing change processes. In this position, you will coordinate and support change management activities across multiple departments, helping to drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with quality management requirements. Working in an international and cross-functional environment, you will contribute to complex change projects that support the continuous development of our manufacturing operations and quality systems.
Your tasks include
- Represent Quality Assurance in product, process, and manufacturing change initiatives.
- Coordinate and support change management projects throughout the full change lifecycle.
- Act as a key interface between cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with quality management requirements.
- Manage and maintain change documentation, including product discontinuations, complex changes, milestones, and quality-related deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality requirements to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain accurate data within electronic quality management systems and support KPI reporting activities.
- Collaborate with international and interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing business units.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Professional experience in a quality, manufacturing, change management, or regulated environment.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 certified environment is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel); experience with SAP, SharePoint, or quality management systems is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
