Job Description
Responsibility:
Understand the policy & what it means to the business
Get insights from customers from visits and feedback, and link insights to proper campaigns
Identify business opportunities in a changing and complex environment.
Create and deliver impactful HCP education content for brands, collaborating with the commercial solutions team and other stakeholders.
Design campaigns that are aligned with the strategy
Manage/execute marketing campaigns efficiently and smartly with good budget planning
Support the preparation and development of the brand plan and the tactical plan
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in medicine or pharmacy, is preferred.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in sales/marketing/medical
Experience in HCC or BTC Cancers is highly preferred.
Demonstrated solid experience in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns.
Proficiency in the use of software applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Proactive in problem-solving and a team player
Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated, good at KOL management
Organized and good at prioritization
Effective oral and written communication skills in English
