People & Culture Enabling Support Specialist
The Opportunity
The P&C Enabling Support Network (ESN) is a global network of P&C professionals supporting the People & Culture organization through operational excellence, collaboration, coordination, and organizational enablement activities. As a member of the Enabling Support Network, you will contribute to and benefit from a broader ecosystem of enabling support functions across the P&C organisation in Roche, strengthening organizational capabilities and cross-functional alignment at scale.The P&C Enabling Support Specialist acts as a key connector across local and global P&C teams, Organizational Enablement teams, business stakeholders, and chapter organizations. The role supports alignment across the matrix organization by enabling collaboration, supporting follow-ups, coordinating actions, and helping ensure smooth communication and execution across teams.
The role also supports the operational effectiveness of the RSS P&C Leadership Team through coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational enablement activities across cross-location initiatives and stakeholder groups.
This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional who enjoys working in a dynamic global environment, connecting stakeholders, and enabling teams to operate effectively together.
Act as the central coordination point between RSS P&C teams, global P&C stakeholders, Organizational Enablement teams, and business partners, serving as the primary contact point for cross-functional alignment and information flow
Orchestrate and facilitate all collaborative forums and events including coordination of meetings, workshops, governance forums, and cross-functional discussions with full lifecycle support (agenda preparation, documentation, action tracking, and follow-up)
Drive alignment and follow-through across RSS P&C leadership and cross-location initiatives by facilitating communication, collaboration, and coordination to ensure organizational and P&C priorities are understood and executed consistently
Maintain comprehensive visibility and tracking of priorities, timelines, deliverables, and agreed next steps, proactively identifying and escalating dependencies, potential blockers, and risks to relevant stakeholders
Identify and support operational improvements and continuous enhancement by partnering with P&C teams to surface alignment opportunities, streamline processes, and support transformation activities across local and global stakeholders
Prepare and consolidate all supporting materials and insights including presentations, dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates that enable informed leadership discussions and support organizational initiatives
Execute administrative and coordination activities with excellence in a fast-paced global matrix environment, ensuring all work adheres to company guidelines, SOPs, and compliance expectations
Who You Are
Formal education and relevant professional background: University degree or commercial diploma (or equivalent work experience) with demonstrated experience in People & Culture, business support, professional assistance, event management, dynamic project coordination, or organizational enablement
Foundation for success in matrix and global environments: Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations, connect stakeholders across different reporting lines and geographies, and work effectively in global and/or cross-functional team settings
Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities: Strong command of English (written and verbal) with demonstrated excellence in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management; passionate about people, collaboration, and building trusted relationships across diverse teams and functions
Advanced organizational and coordination excellence: Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up capabilities; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail; experienced in supporting meetings, governance forums, workshops, and leadership discussions with end-to-end tracking
Strategic mindset with continuous improvement orientation: Proactive in identifying gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities; solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset; skilled at balancing operational execution with strong customer and stakeholder focus
Operational resilience and professional judgment: Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities; able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism; demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Technical proficiency and productivity toolkit: Skilled in using digital collaboration and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project tracking tools); additional language capabilities are considered an advantage
