Partner with Patient Services, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to identify actionable insights that deliver a positive treatment experience.
Present insights and recommendations to program and senior PSP leadership; influence data-driven decisions across cross-functional partners.
Pilot and scale new analytical methodologies and visualization tools to improve insight quality, speed, and operational impact.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and Vertex’s data governance standards.
Serve as the analytics partner to Data Engineering to define requirements and optimize data infrastructure (data warehouse, data lake) for scalable analytics solutions.
Manage external vendors and oversee data quality assurance for patient support analytics.
Knowledge and Skills:
Critical thinker with a demonstrated ability to identify key trends, synthesize complex data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Advanced analytical expertise with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI; familiarity with Python and Snowflake is a strong plus.
Strong data storytelling ability, transforming analytical insights into compelling narratives that enable informed decision‑making across cross‑functional teams.
Proven ability to independently lead endtoend analytics workstreams, from problem definition and measurement design through delivery, enablement, and adoption.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams and senior PSP leadership.
Highly flexible, comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Domain expertise in kidney disease is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Healthcare Analytics, or related field).
