About This Role: As a Partnership Lead on the Specialty team, you will hold a pivotal field-based position responsible for driving the appropriate use of Biogen’s brands and services across Neuropsychiatry and Neurology within Quebec. You will be the primary contact for Neuropsychiatry and Neurology points of care, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access teams. Your core responsibilities include assessing account needs, developing action plans, and delivering coordinated customer engagement to enhance the patient journey and customer experience. Additionally, you will support revenue growth, contribute to marketing initiatives, and execute promotional activities. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and is integral to Biogen's mission to innovate and improve patient care.

The expected salary range for this position is $112,000 to 152,250 and is eligible for a discretionary sales bonus of up to $30,000.
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.

Le responsable de partenariats occupe un poste sur le terrain à temps plein et est chargé de promouvoir une utilisation appropriée des marques et des services de Biogen, d’améliorer le cheminement des patients et l’expérience client, et de soutenir la croissance des revenus dans l’ensemble de la neuropsychiatrie et de la neurologie dans le territoire qui lui est assigné. En tant que personne-ressource principale de Biogen pour les points d’intervention liés à la neuropsychiatrie et à la neurologie, le titulaire du poste collabore de façon interfonctionnelle avec les services Marketing, Affaires médicales, Services aux patients et Accès aux marchés pour évaluer les besoins des comptes, élaborer des plans d’action et coordonner la mobilisation des clients. Le titulaire du poste contribue également à l’élaboration et à l’exécution d’initiatives de marketing et d’activités promotionnelles; il fait partie de l’équipe des Soins spécialisés et relève directement du chef des Ventes.
