Manager – Group FP&A & Reporting

<ul><li>The Manager – Group FP&amp;A &amp; Reporting supports the VP Finance in strengthening the reliability, speed and discipline of Centogene’s financial reporting and planning processes.</li><li>The role combines financial planning and analysis with strong accounting expertise, ensuring that group financial results are prepared accurately, reviewed analytically and delivered on time.</li><li>A key focus of the role will be to accelerate the monthly close process, support budgeting and forecasting, strengthen accounting quality, and improve financial data quality across international affiliates.</li></ul>1. Monthly Close &amp; Financial Reporting<br><ol><li>Coordinate and support the group monthly close process across affiliates.</li><li>Prepare monthly management reporting numbers for group consolidation.</li><li>Perform analytical review of P&amp;L and balance sheet movements.</li><li>Resolve intercompany reconciliation differences and reporting discrepancies.</li><li>Support preparation of consolidated financial reporting packages.</li><li>Contribute to reducing group closing timelines and improving reporting discipline.</li></ol>2. Financial Planning &amp; Analysis<br><ol><li>Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial models.</li><li>Perform monthly variance analysis (Actual vs Budget) and explain key drivers.</li><li>Develop financial models and performance analysis for management reporting.</li><li>Prepare analysis required for management and investor updates.</li><li>Support working capital tracking and operational financial performance analysis.</li></ol>3. Technical Accounting &amp; Audit Support<br><ol><li>Support the finance team on complex accounting matters under IFRS and local GAAP frameworks.</li><li>Prepare technical accounting documentation and memos where required.</li><li>Support &amp; co-ordinate the external audit process and ensure documentation readiness.</li><li>Assist with accounting treatment of acquisitions, integrations and purchase price allocation (PPA) when required.</li><li>Strengthen accounting policies and documentation standards across the group.</li></ol>4. Affiliate Reporting &amp; Data Quality<br><ol><li>Work closely with international affiliates to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Review affiliate submissions and identify data quality issues or inconsistencies.</li><li>Support implementation of standardized reporting templates and chart of accounts mapping.</li><li>Drive improvements in upstream financial data quality and reporting consistency across entities.</li></ol>5. Finance Process Improvement &amp; Integration<br><ol><li>Support integration of new affiliates into group reporting and finance processes.</li><li>Assist with improving reporting workflows and financial processes.</li><li>Contribute to automation initiatives and reporting efficiency improvements.</li></ol><br>
