<ul><li>Act as the technical point of contact between IT Teams, IT Support, and company subsidiaries, ensuring clear communication and technical alignment.</li><li>Based in Valencia office, covering a US-aligned schedule, while also providing partial support for the European time zone.</li><li>Manage and evolve the Microsoft 365 environment, including services related to the modern workplace.</li><li>Administer and support endpoint management and security using Intune, Microsoft Defender, and other M365 services.</li><li>Configure, maintain, and optimize device provisioning and lifecycle processes using Microsoft Autopilot.</li><li>Support Windows-based enterprise environments, applying security and Modern Workplace best practices where appropriate.</li><li>Contribute to IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection, identity-related topics, and incident analysis in collaboration with information security stakeholders.</li><li>Provide technical support for networking and secure communications, ensuring reliable connectivity and access to corporate services.</li><li>Participate in IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving user experience, security posture, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to enhance documentation, internal processes, and security awareness.</li></ul>
