Takeda is hiring a Manager, GDO Analytics & Insights
Objective / Purpose:
Partners with AD, GDO Analytics & Insights to understand and deliver on the Analytics & Insights strategy for GDO in support of trial performance metrics and ad-hoc/bespoke analytics and predictive models.
Responsible for hands-on delivery of dashboards, bespoke analytics, predictive models to meet business priorities.
Accountabilities:
Designs and executes the appropriate analytics & insights solutions for GDO, including dashboarding, bespoke analytics, and predictive modeling
Ensures analytics & insights solutions are delivered in a timely manner and at a high level of quality
Provides proactive, transparent communication on any delivery challenges, obstacles, or risks
Partners with DD&T and DSDS colleagues to ensure analytics & insights solutions and delivered leveraging the correct source of truth data sources and data models.
Education & Competencies (Technical and Behavioral):
BS/BA required with 6+ years of relevant experience in the life sciences, drug development, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization
Experience with trial operational data (CTMS, TMF, vendor data) preferred
Experience with GXP systems and 21 CFR part 11 requirements preferred
Experience with patient data and clinical systems (EDC, RTSM, ITR) preferred
Track record of cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment
Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels across functions and build effective relationships.
