Join our global HR Shared Services team in Wrocław in a role with a strong focus on the operational administration of Time & Attendance in multiple countries. As part of a global and collaborative team, you will also gain exposure to wider HR operations and provide support across Core HR processes when needed.
Support global Time & Attendance processes, including working time, absence and leave administration
Review, enter and maintain Time & Attendance data in SAP, Fiori and other HR systems
Respond to employee, manager and HR inquiries related to working time, absence balances and leave requests
Prepare recurring absence, working time and vacation reports for Payroll, Finance and other stakeholders
Check data quality, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Payroll, HR and system support teams
Contribute to the implementation of the Time & Attendance module in Workday and, following its launch, take ownership of related employee support requests
Maintain process documentation and support the standardisation and continuous improvement of global Time & Attendance processes
Support wider Shared Services HR activities and provide backup for colleagues during absences or workload peaks
Initial experience in HR administration, business administration, payroll or another operational environment is beneficial; we also welcome career changers who are motivated to develop in HR
Very good English language skills, both written and spoken knowledge of German would be considered an advantage
Previous experience with SAP is required. Experience with Fiori, Workday, or other HR systems would be a valuable asset
Interest in developing expertise in Time & Attendance and operational HR processes
Basic understanding of HR administration, working time, absence management or payroll-related processes is an advantage
A university degree or relevant vocational qualification is welcome, but equivalent professional experience and the willingness to develop within the role are equally valued
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Previous exposure to SAP, Fiori, Workday or another HR system is beneficial but not required
A structured and accurate approach when working with employee data and recurring deadlines
