About the opportunity
Join our global HR Shared Services team in Wroclaw in a role with a strong focus on the operational administration of employee benefits across multiple countries. As part of a global and collaborative team, you will also gain exposure to wider HR operations and provide support across Core HR and Time & Attendance processes when needed.
Coordinate the day-to-day administration of employee benefits across different countries, including enrolments, changes and terminations.
Manage benefit programmes such as health and life insurance, pension plans, well-being allowances and other country-specific offerings.
Maintain accurate employee and benefit data in HR systems and external provider platforms.
Prepare recurring reports and payroll inputs, and support the review and reconciliation of provider invoices.
Respond to employee requests and collaborate with Payroll, local HR teams and external providers to ensure benefits are processed accurately and on time.
Support selected global compensation activities and contribute to the standardisation and improvement of HR operations processes.
Provide backup and operational support for selected Core HR and Time & Attendance processes, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience across the employee life cycle.
Your Profile
Initial experience in HR operations, payroll support, benefits administration or a comparable administrative role.
Experience in a global or shared-services environment is an advantage, while previous exposure to benefits administration is a plus.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are beneficial.
A university degree or relevant vocational qualification is welcome, but equivalent professional experience and the willingness to develop within the role are equally valued.
Confidence working with HR systems, external platforms and Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday, SAP or ADP is an advantage.
Interest in developing broader HR operations knowledge and supporting different processes based on team and business needs.
Ability to work accurately with employee, payroll and invoice data.
