Global Learning Administrator
Location: Hyderabad, India
As a Global Learning Administrator, you will be responsible for managing training activities in Cornerstone, coordinating with global and local training owners, and overseeing assignments to ensure compliance with global standards. You will support the Learning Administrator network through system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and data management. This role ensures timely training assignments, accurate reporting, and audit readiness while driving consistency and harmonization across Lonza’s global learning systems.
Training Administration: Assign and manage training curricula and learning items in Cornerstone. Ensure timely and accurate training assignments aligned to roles and job functions.
System Support: Respond to system support tickets promptly, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to system owners or IT as required.
Monitoring & Compliance: Track training completion, follow up on overdue training, and highlight risks related to training compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage and assign global/local training through consultation with training owners, ensuring consistency and alignment.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date user records, curricula structures, and learning objects. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and consistency.
Curricula Oversight: Create, update, and maintain curricula in alignment with global standards. Support clean-up and simplification of training curricula to reduce duplication and improve structure.
User Support: Provide first-line support to global/local users for LMS-related queries (access, assignments, completions).
Reporting: Generate and distribute training reports (completion rates, overdue training, compliance metrics).
Digital Content Support: Upload, test, and deploy eLearning modules (e.g., Articulate content). Ensure training materials are correctly configured and accessible in the LMS.
Audit Readiness: Support preparation for audits and inspections, ensuring documentation and compliance standards are met.
System Testing: Support review and testing of system releases as needed.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support global learning administration.

General Supervision: Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general guidance on new assignments.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
5–10 years of experience in administration of learning management systems, preferably at a global level.
10+ years of experience working in GMP roles within Pharma/Biotech preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Technical ability with experience using global applications.
Ability to construct logical statements for training assignments and reporting.
Meticulous attention to detail with a “Right-First-Time” approach.
Strong customer support attitude and ability to interact successfully with diverse cultures.
Experience with GMP and ERES principles.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP, TrackWise, and Kneat is a plus.
Fluent in English (business level).
