Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1) EHS Systems Ownership & Administration

  • Serve as site administrator and SME for Gensuite modules (e.g., Incidents, Actions, Compliance Tasks, Audits/Inspections, Risk Assessments, MOC).
  • Configure roles/permissions, forms, and workflows; ensure data integrity and access controls.
  • Coordinate system releases, and adoption of new features in alignment with corporate standards.

  • Automate recurring reports and data flows; maintain clear data lineage and audit trails.

3) EHS Communication & Digital Channels

  • Own site‑level EHS communications: plan, draft, and publish timely, clear updates on campaigns, alerts, KPIs, initiatives, and training.
  • Manage EHS digital channels (e.g., SharePoint/Intranet, Teams spaces, digital boards/screens, newsletter snippets) and ensure content accuracy, cadence, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with EHS SMEs and site leadership to target messages that drive adoption and safe behaviors.

4) EHS Training Systems (Emerge U)

  • Support and help administer Emerge U training matrices: assignments, scheduling, completions, and reporting.
  • Partner with EHS, Operations, Engineering and HR to keep training data accurate and audit‑ready; provide end‑user guidance and concise job aids.

5) Environmental Data Reporting (GEHC & Authorities)

  • Contribute to collection, validation, and consolidation of environmental data (e.g., energy, GHG/emissions, water, waste, F‑gas as applicable).
  • Support timely, accurate submissions to GEHC corporate reporting tools/processes and, where relevant, to external authorities, ensuring traceability and alignment across Site → Segment → Global.
  • Partner with EHS/Sustainability, Facilities, Engineering, and Finance to strengthen data quality and evidence files for audits and reviews.

6) Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support GEHC EHS Framework element execution, including baseline scoring and SoDM validations; provide data support for audits, inspections, and management reviews.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to simplify, standardize, and digitalize EHS processes; promote automation and best practices.
  • Provide training and day‑to‑day support to end users (Gensuite, Power BI, Smartsheet, Emerge U, SharePoint/Teams).

Qualifications

Required
