And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centres.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Role Overview</span></b></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-organizing, self-driving, and mission-aligned Technical Analyst to join our India Tech Center. In this role, you will lead the Quality Engineering team to build a high thru put testing team. You in bring in best practices and drive testing deliverable that aligns with organizational best practices.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What will you do in this role</span></b></p><p></p><p>Collaborate with cross functional team to deliver final planned solution</p><p>To understand the demand, expectation (scope and deliverable) and timelines</p><p>To understand the changes (in testing tools, procedures and best practices), present any QE blockers and mitigation required</p><p>To mentor test engineers to adopt the best practices, tool and procedure. To build and review required Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts for regulatory application (GLP or GCP)</p><p>To transfer application testing knowledge, artifacts and best practices to cross functional team</p><p>Technical point of contact for/Manage Test Engineers</p><p>Act as a primary owner of all Testing artifacts for the company</p><p>Drive use of our company approved test tool, procedures and best QE practices by the Test Engineer</p><p>Manage Tester demand for company</p><p>Run automation feasibility on new vendor products</p><p>Screen and select any Test Engineer need</p><p>Onboard new testing team members</p><p>Review and approve the design and code/artifacts from Test Engineer</p><p>Schedule regular sessions to keep Test Engineer up-to-speed with changes with QE COE.</p><p>Support Test Engineer to resolve any BLOCKER</p><p>Support with building Test scripts to handle any intermittent peaks.</p><p>Test Automation and Quality Engineering</p><p>Define development test strategy across unit, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end layers</p><p>Build and execute automation scripts using ROBOT framework and/or TOSCA</p><p>Build and execute performance test scripts using Load Runner</p><p>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD with reporting and quality gates</p><p>Cloud Engineering and DevOps (CI/CD)</p><p>Design, build and document CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar) for build, test, security scans, and deployment on AWS environment</p><p>Implement guardrails: branch protection, code review workflows, quality gates, and rollback strategies</p><p>Collaborate with platform teams on standardized deployment patterns, secrets management, and approvals</p><p><b><span>What should you have</span></b></p><p>Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plus</p><p></p><p><b>Experience</b>: 7&#43; years in a Technical Analyst or Systems Analyst or Automation Test Engineer role within technology-driven environments</p><p><b>Primary Skills:</b></p><p>Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Postman/Swagger</p><p>Manage a team of Testers</p><p></p><p><b>Mission-driven mindset:</b> motivated by impact, able to connect project work to company mission and customer outcomes</p><p><b>Self-organizing and self-driving:</b> able to plan work, manage priorities, remove blockers, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</p><p>Understanding of modern architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud, event-driven)</p><p>Hands-on SQL; familiarity with Python or scripting is an advantage</p><p>Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC best practices</p><p><b>Tools:</b> Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Postman/Swagger</p><p>Manage a team of Testers</p><p><b>Test Automation Skills:</b></p><p>Robot Framework for API/UI/E2E automation (keywords, libraries, reporting)</p><p>Tosca for model-based testing (test design, execution, dashboards)</p><p>Performance testing using Load Runner</p><p>CI/CD integration of automated tests; management of test data and environments</p><p><b>Cloud Engineering and DevOps Skills:</b></p><p>Experience with AWS services relevant to delivery and operations (IAM, VPC, EC2/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager)</p><p>Terraform for IaC (modules, workspaces, remote state, policy enforcement)</p><p>Git and Git workflows (branching strategies, PR reviews, release tagging)</p><p>GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD) to orchestrate pipelines and environment-based deployments</p><p><b>Developer Skills</b></p><p>Experience in Python programming</p><p>Experience in Java scripting</p><p>Building API endpoints.</p><p>Regulated Environment Experience (GLP/GCP):</p><p>Delivery and validation of applications under GLP and/or GCP</p><p>Knowledge of CSV, ALCOA/ALCOA&#43;, documentation controls, and audit processes</p><p>Experience with data integrity, e-signatures, access controls, and role-based permissions</p><p><b>Certification (Required):</b></p><p>ROBOT Framework and TOSCA </p><p>Load Runner</p><p>AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (or higher), or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional</p><p>REST API and authentications</p><p><b>Domain Knowledge:</b> Healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or enterprise SaaS preferred</p><p></p><p><b>Secondary Skills:</b></p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication</p><p>Stakeholder management and facilitation</p><p>Ability to work with global teams across time zones</p><p>High ownership, proactive risk/issue management, and strong follow-through</p><p>Motivation and resilience: bias for action, continuous improvement, and learning mindset</p><p></p><p>Our technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
