The Business Operations Junior Specialist ensures timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services, quality and integrity of the customer contracts, accuracy, correctness, and up-to-date completeness of the operational mechanism processes. Business Operations Junior Specialist acts as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Commercial Operations, Service Delivery, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to contract and warranty administration.
