A systems-minded ecosystem builder who knows how to turn vision into durable infrastructure, scaling communities, flagship convenings, and strategic partnerships into high-impact platforms. This role is for a leader eager to expand the genetic agency movement, amplifying Dyno’s influence while growing a sustainable, science-forward ecosystem at the forefront of gene therapy.

How You Will Contribute
As Director, Ecosystem Development & Communications you will be responsible for building and scaling the movement of genetic agency, an individual’s ability to take action at the genetic level to live a healthier life, and GATC (see highlights from our inaugural GATC) into a sustainable, high-impact, “can’t miss” series of convenings and community infrastructure. You will also integrate and execute Dyno’s external communications across partnerships, executives, and strategic initiatives to amplify impact.

Base Salary Range: $204,687.65 - $266,093.95
This reflects the typical offer range for this role, based on experience, role scope, and internal equity. Final compensation decisions are made using a consistent leveling framework and consider the candidate’s experience, interview performance, and expected impact.
