At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p></div><p> </p> <p><strong><u>What You'll Do</u></strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced pharma/biotech brand attorney to act as a strategic partner to cross-functional brand teams, helping translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance that enables compliant commercialization.</p> <p>This role will provide practical, business-oriented legal and compliance guidance across mainly Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Patient Advocacy activities, with a focus on appropriate interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, payers, and consumers. The attorney will serve as an active member of the company’s material review committee and will help enable compliant, effective execution of commercial strategy while mitigating legal and reputational risk. The role reports to the VP, Associate General Counsel, Commercial Legal & Compliance.</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day legal counsel to Sales, Marketing, Market Access/Payer, Medical Affairs, and Patient Advocacy teams on healthcare regulatory, compliance, and other legal matters</li> <li>Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to cross-functional teams on the design and execution of  engagements with HCPs, HCOs, patients, patient organizations, payers, and consumers, including promotion, scientific exchange, services arrangements, sponsorships, grants, donations, and educational activities</li> <li>Participate as a core member of the Material Review Committee (MLR)</li> <li>Review third-party relationships and related contracts in partnership with business functions</li> <li>Provide counsel on healthcare compliance topics including Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) and fraud and abuse considerations, and help identify/mitigate compliance risks</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Where You'll Work</u></strong></p> <p>This a hybrid role that will require monthly or more frequent visits as needed to our San Francisco Office. Candidates located on the West Coast are preferred.</p> <p><strong><u>Who You Are</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>J.D. degree from a nationally recognized law school</li> <li>Admitted to practice law in the U.S.</li> <li>High degree of professional ethics and integrity</li> <li>5+ years of experience supporting and advising brand and other teams in commercializing innovative pharmaceutical or biotech products, either at a law firm or company</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, and business associates</li> <li>Experience launching a pharmaceutical product is preferred</li> <li>Ability to exercise sound judgment and provide clear, actionable guidance in time-sensitive situations</li> <li>Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div> <div>At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process.
