Job Description:
This regional position will drive revenue growth for all QIAGEN Infectious Disease Products.
-Responsible for sales and market development activities in Korea. Achieve revenue objectives and key performance indicators and goals relevant to the position.
-Develop sales and marketing strategies and effective marketing programs; take ownership for implementations and ROI tracking for the product group.
-Gather market intelligence and assimilate up-to-date market information to formulate sales strategies, training and tools for the sales and marketing team and distributors/Commercial Partners.
-Work with global, regional and country teams to align on strategies and execution.
-Establish and maintain close relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and key Academic and Medical associations. Manage responsibility over health advocacy projects across the region and play an active role to influence policies and guidelines through key governmental and non-governmental accounts.
Position Requirements:
-Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Medical Science or related studies. Candidates with an MBA or professional marketing certificates preferred
-At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience for Molecular and/or Diagnostics products.
-Good understanding of the Diagnostics market in the region.
-Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
