We are looking for a Global Marketing Associate Director, HER2-ADC to join our Global Oncology Franchise Team in Gaithersburg, MD. This role will support our HER2-ADC portfolio in breast cancer, leading financial and planning operations, congress coordination, and delivery of priority indication assets across early and metastatic settings. You will partner closely with global indication leads, cross-functional colleagues, regional leads and markets.
What you will do: The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership and marketing judgement, creating rigor across budgets, plans, congress deliverables and indication assets while enabling timely, high-quality execution across global, regional and market teams.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $ 151,081.60 - $226,622.40 USD Annual. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
