The Position
1、区域销售策略与计划执行
根据公司整体品牌策略,制定并落地负责区域内非目标医院、基层医疗等广阔市场的年度销售计划与行动方案。
因地制宜,规划区域内渠道销售模式,结合各地基药、医保等政策,制定针对性销售策略,保障区域销售稳定增长。
2、 区域渠道与合作伙伴管理
负责区域内 CSO /合作商业客户的筛选、评估与日常管理,建立长期稳定的合作关系。
执行总部制定的外部合作团队管理、考核与激励机制,提升合作方在区域内的执行力与覆盖能力。
定期走访区域内关键渠道客户与合作伙伴,解决市场问题,推动终端覆盖与销量提升。
3、 区域客户开发与学术销售联动
推动区域内非核心医院、基层医疗机构、民营医院等关键客户开发与关系维护。
联动市场部落地区域学术推广活动,将医学内容转化为销售动作,提升客户认可与处方转化。
收集区域一线市场信息、竞品动态与客户需求,为策略优化提供依据。
4、 区域销售项目管理与业绩达成
策划、落地区域内销售提升项目,针对省份特点设计差异化上量方案。
监控区域销售数据、渠道库存、终端覆盖与投入产出,及时调整动作确保区域目标达成。
跨部门协同市场、医学、商务、供应链等部门,打通流程、解决障碍,保障区域业务高效运转。
