HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE by Teva is clinical pharmacology triamterene and hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, antihypertensive drug product, principally due to its hydrochlorothiazide component; the triamterene component reduces the excessive potassium loss which may occur with hydrochlorothiazide use. Approved for hypertension, edema in patients, pregnancy and 1 more indications. First approved in 1985.
