Essential duties and responsibilities:
Ensuring the shipment and receiving of the machines according to SLA’s signed.
Cooperating in managing Spare Parts.
Being responsible for answering to any administrative request.
Managing supplies orders.
Being responsible for archiving processes to be aligned with corporate policy.
Being a point of contact for Customs Office and Agency.
Managing import/export inside and outside of the organization.
Preparing and executing of re-billing for PLCWS services to all countries and clusters supported.
Establishing & maintaining communication & partnership with team members.
Ensuring all activities are performed following available instructions and information, within the Quality system framework.
Reporting all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system.
Ensuring observance of Quality and EHS requirements for handling medical instruments in the workshop, eg. packaging, labeling, etc.
Ensuring execution of tasks defined by Workshop management and maintaining appropriate reporting according to existing systems.
In case of absence making sure, the responsibilities are backed up by other team members.
Role requirements:
Office and administration experience.
English at a communicative level.
Degree in administration would be a nice to have.
Logistics and customs experience will be an advantage.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 88 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
