Tu rol en Baxter :

Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del personal asignado en una línea o área de producción, asegurando

el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, eficiencia y desperdicio.

Resolver problemas operativos y contribuir activamente a la mejora continua de los procesos, garantizando

el cumplimiento de procedimientos internos y normativas aplicable.

Lo que estarás haciendo:

• Supervisión Operativa
• Manejo en la ​Eficiencia, de Scrap y Resolución de Problemas
• Calidad, Documentación y Material No Conforme
• Mejora Continua y Proyectos
• Ergonomía, Estaciones de Trabajo y Herramentales · Mejorar estaciones de trabajo para promover ergonomía y seguridad operativa
• CAPA, Cumplimiento Regulatorio y Auditorías
• Planeación y Control de Procesos

Lo que aportaras:

• Liderazgo y desarrollo de líderes, toma de decisiones, solución estructurada de problemas,comunicación efectiva, gestión del cambio, enfoque a resultados y seguridad

• Dirigir y supervisar al personal operativo asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento de planes de

  producción, estándares de calidad y normas de seguridad.

• Analizar los resultados diarios utilizando herramientas ( Kaizen Ishikawa,5 porque,s )
