WILBERT INC<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>As a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings—which is backed by Berkshire Hathaway—</span><span>you’ll</span><span> be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way. </span><span>We’re</span><span> committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where </span><span>everyone’s</span><span> empowered to be their best.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Supports multiple manufacturing facilities by ensuring AR transactions and collections are processed timely and accurately.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Role and Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Perform complex analysis and identify solutions to resolve specific business issues supported by strong analytical, organizational, and data manipulation/management skills.</li><li>Receive and process monthly payments from all lines of business, including analyzing and understanding the data relationships and methodology that affect payments.</li><li>Generate all invoices, credit memos, and debits as required through the use of a variety of programs and processes (including consignment and EDI invoicing).</li><li>Maintain contact with assigned AR accounts.  Provide information on payments and any past due items with recommendations for resolution.</li><li>Retrieve information from and use customer website interfaces for invoicing.</li><li>Research, follow up, and resolve AR issues with customers and responsible departments.</li><li>Review customer debits and submit to management for review</li><li>Maintain necessary files (paper &amp; electronic) in specified formats and timeframes.</li><li>Provide information to management on a regular and requested basis.</li><li>Generates/prepares AR reports and account reconciliations.</li><li>Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.</li><li>May perform other duties as required.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span>.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
