Develops AI‑powered software applications using Large Language Models, supporting full‑stack development including user interfaces, APIs, and data integration. Contributes to building and maintaining Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions while gaining experience in production‑grade AI systems and cloud‑based platforms with 1 to 2 years of experience.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong AI focus — someone who can build end-to-end intelligent solutions, from designing RAG pipelines and integrating AI platforms to crafting polished user interfaces that bring those systems to life. You are equally comfortable working with vector databases, relational data, and frontend frameworks, and you understand that great AI products are more than just models — they are thoughtful, well-engineered systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, LLMs — translating business requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

· Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) that allow business users to interact with AI backends — including chat interfaces, dashboards, and admin tooling.

· Integrate AI features into existing products via REST APIs — ensuring robust error handling, latency management, and safe, responsible AI output validation.

· Collaborate with product managers, data teams, and domain experts to gather requirements and iteratively refine AI features — acting as a bridge between technical complexity and user-facing outcomes.

Technical Requirements

· Full-stack proficiency (Backend frameworks – Ex: Python/Node.js, Frontend frameworks – React/Angular).

· Familiar with concepts of LLM, configurations to drive the performance, efficiency of models and their responses.

· Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone/ Milvus/ Azure AI Search/ Cosmos DB) and handling diverse data formats for AI ingestion.

· Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines —with concepts like context ingestion, chunking strategies.

· Understanding of cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Qualifications

· 2+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 years focused specifically on production-grade AI solutions.

· AI Certifications are highly preferred.

· A portfolio or demonstrable experience building applications that combine AI backends with user-facing interfaces.

· A genuine curiosity about the evolving AI landscape — staying current with new models, tools, and patterns and bringing that knowledge back to the team.
