What you will do-

  • Lead day-to-day packaging, finished goods warehouse, and shipping operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time product flow
  • Supervise and develop a team of 20+ employees, including performance management, coaching, scheduling, timekeeping, and time-off approvals
  • Drive operational performance across packaging, warehousing, and shipping by monitoring key metrics such as productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipment
  • Coordinate order fulfillment activities including inventory movement, picking, consolidation, labeling, final packaging, staging, and carrier handoff
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and Logistics to remove constraints, resolve issues, and support business delivery commitments
  • Identify and implement process improvements and labor optimization initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and EHS requirements, including training, safe work practices, and environmental standards
  • Provide regular operational updates to leadership while supporting staffing, capacity planning, and escalation management in a fast-paced environment

What you need-

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 tears of experience in lieu of a degree - required
  • 2 years of experience - required
  • SAP, MRP or ERP system related experience - preferred

Travel Percentage: 10%
