Position Summary
You will work across manufacturing, quality and technical teams to help the value stream operate safely, reliably and efficiently. You will lead investigations, drive process improvements and support validation and technical transfers. We value curious problem-solvers who communicate clearly, coach others, and use data to improve outcomes. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead and manage technical investigations and corrective actions for complex process or equipment events.
- Design and deliver process improvement projects to improve yield, reduce variability, and simplify batch records.
- Support validation, trials and technical transfer activities to enable smooth scale-up and handover.
- Track and analyse process parameters and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare clear technical documents, training materials and work instructions to support operations.
- Build strong working relationships with manufacturing, quality, MSAT and maintenance to achieve production goals.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, life sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or regulated manufacturing.
- Practical experience with process troubleshooting and technical investigations.
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and quality systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- This role is on-site at our Singapore manufacturing facility with limited hybrid flexibility due to operational needs.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience with validation, technical transfer or commissioning activities.
- Familiarity with SAP or manufacturing execution systems and electronic batch records.
- Experience using continuous improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering to timelines.
- Experience in alarm management, batch record optimisation or process parameter control.
- Training or facilitation experience to support operator capability development.
