エンジニアリング部製造機械課

エンジニアリング部製造機械課で生産機械等の保全と管理を実施するエンジニアを募集いたします。

主な業務内容は以下の通りです。

・機器のトラブルシューティング

・機器のメンテナンス及び計装機器のキャリブレーション

・業者管理を含む上記作業のスケジューリング及び報告

・生産部門の2シフト勤務に対応可能（A：6:00-14:30, Y:14:15-22:45）

※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。

必要な条件 Basic Qualifications

スキル Skills

• 機械工学に関する基礎知識（大学・高専レベル以上）
• 機械図面の読解、作成能力
• Microsoft Officeの円滑な操作
• Communication skills

経験 Experience

• 設備保全（機械／電気）として3年以上の実務経験（生産ラインでの保全経験が望ましい）
• 予防保全（保全計画の立案・実行）、故障解析（根本原因分析：RCA）、改善活動（TPM/Kaizen）に携わった経験
• PLC・センサー等の基礎知識および調整・保守経験、外注業者管理の経験
• 技術文書（マニュアル・仕様書）の読解・改訂経験、保全システム利用経験
   

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• 大学院、大学、高専、専門学校卒業以上
  機械、電気・電子、情報工学などの理系学科を専攻された方

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualifications

経験 Experience

• 医薬品工場で1年以上の設備機器メンテナンス業務経験者
• 保全システム利用経験（SAP）
• 英語の技術文書が読める方
