Le Rôle
Au sein de DNA Script, le groupe Applications a pour rôle :
- D’utiliser Les oligonucléotides synthétisés sur la plateforme SYNTAX dans diverse applications courantes en biologie moléculaires (assemblage de gènes, génération de mRNA par transcription in vitro, PCR, séquençage... ).
- De génération des données utilisable à des fins de marketing
- De reproduire, comprendre et résoudre les incidents survenus sur les systèmes de nos clients.
Nous recherchons une personne bien organisée, ayant le souci du détail, qui aime résoudre des problèmes et qui est capable de travailler dans un milieu multidisciplinaire. Le candidat devra avoir un esprit pratique et agile. Il lui faudra comprendre la biologie moléculaire sous-jacente aux diverses applications.
Responsabilités du poste
- Réalisation d’essais expérimentaux et de tests d’applications ADN
- Support aux démonstrations et validations techniques auprès des clients
- Production de données expérimentales pour les projets clients
- Amélioration et robustesse des protocoles expérimentaux
- Support opérationnel aux activités applications liées à la Biofonderie
- Contribuer activement à la réalisation des objectifs critiques de la société, notamment en acceptant de travailler en dehors de sa zone d’expertise si nécessaire.
Qualifications et expérience préalable
Essentielles
- Bac+2/3 en Biotechnologie, Biologie Moléculaire
- >1 an d’expérience en biologie moléculaire, diagnostic ou dans un domaine connexe
- Apprécie le travail sur systèmes robotisés
- Bonne compréhension de la notion de service
- Grande rigueur et qualité d’organisation
- Dynamisme et réactivité
- Aptitude à travailler au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel
Souhaitables
- Première expérience dans une société de biotechnologie et/ou dans un environnement de production/haut débit avec des systèmes d’automatisation
- Esprit start-up
- Capacité à interagir en Anglais (équipe internationale)
- Expérience dans les méthodes de biologie moléculaire, la purification ADN/ARN, la caractérisation des acides nucléiques et / ou la synthèse d’acides nucléiques
