<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Talent Acquisition Sourcer</strong> who is deeply passionate about sourcing and engaging top talent. This role is ideal for someone who views sourcing as a craft, enjoys building relationships with candidates, and is energized by finding exceptional talent—including candidates who are not actively looking.</p>
<p>You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong, diverse pipelines across scientific, technical, and corporate functions. This is a sourcing-focused role and not a general HR or recruiting position.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively source and engage candidates across <strong>Research, Development, Quality, Technical Operations, and G&amp;A</strong></li>
<li>Use creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn to identify and engage hard-to-find talent</li>
<li>Build and manage strong candidate pipelines, including employee referrals and passive candidates</li>
<li>Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and share pipeline updates</li>
<li>Effectively communicate the company’s story and close candidate interest</li>
<li>Track sourcing activity and candidate data in <strong>Greenhouse</strong> (or similar ATS)</li>
<li>Assist in conducting candidate reference check calls</li>
<li>Use Excel and other tools to stay organized and monitor pipeline health</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Preferred Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>5–7 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, preferably within the Biotech industry</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience sourcing across scientific, technical, and corporate functions</li>
<li>Experience working in both startup and large pharma environments</li>
<li>Strong experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies, with an understanding of competitive intelligence in biotech recruitment.</li>
<li>Experience using data to guide sourcing, tracking what works, tweaking strategies, and always looking for better ways to reach candidates.</li>
<li>Advanced in using LinkedIn Recruiter to find the right people, whether through Boolean search, talent mapping, or building long-term pipelines.</li>

<li><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of the biotech and life sciences talent landscape, preferably in cardiovascular therapeutics.</li>
<li>Proactive, outgoing, and approachable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong passion for talent acquisition and sourcing; not seeking a general HR role.</li>
<li>Enjoys partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, offering advice, insights, and practical support to help find the best talent.</li>
<li>Comfortable engaging and building relationships with passive candidates.</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong tracking and pipeline management skills</li>
<li>Proficient in applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse preferred).</li>
<li>Willing to take on ad hoc projects as needed to support team priorities.</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills and comfort working with sourcing data.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.</li>
